About us

A regulatory team in Mexico City, for crop protection companies that want to sell under their own registration.

Each of us has spent at least seven years preparing, defending and keeping alive pesticide registrations in Mexico. As of 2026, more than 200 dossiers we prepared have been approved.

As senior analysts, inside the industry. In other words: the people who actually write the dossiers, answer the authority’s questions and know which study COFEPRIS will ask for next.

That’s the résumé that matters.

What we do

  • 01Technical-grade and formulated product registrations by equivalence before COFEPRIS, with the SENASICA and SEMARNAT components.
  • 02Amendments, renewals, responses to authority queries, import permits, labels and safety data sheets, MRL matters.
  • 03Coordination of efficacy trials in Mexico with authorized laboratories.
  • 04Registration holder for companies without a Mexican entity, under contract, with transfer to the client’s entity when it exists.
  • 05Weekly monitoring of the official COFEPRIS register: new registrations, renewals, and who is entering with which molecule.

What we don’t do

Marketing, distributor search and commercialization. We know where our expertise ends, and we say so. We can give you an opinion and make an introduction. That’s it.

Who answers your emails

The team is represented by Andy Melo, who comes from the regulatory affairs team of a multinational crop protection company. Your file has one named person on it from start to finish.

Behind her are colleagues with up to eight years in senior registration roles. Every answer you receive has been through that experience.

How we work

  • 01Fast, concise answers. You won’t wait a week for a yes or a no.
  • 02We look for the way to get it done. When there is none, we say so early, so you can change strategy before spending money.
  • 03We only file complete dossiers. The authority’s clock starts once; we make sure it starts well.
  • 04A status email every Friday, for every open file.
  • 05First contact in your language; work in English.

Why the registration should be yours

In Mexico, whoever holds the registration holds the market.

Companies that register through a distributor find out the day the distributor changes brand, raises the price or loses interest. Our job is to put the registration in your hands, or to hold it for you under contract until you have a company here.

Which product do you want registered in Mexico? Ask us whether it gets in, and which way.

Write to us

P.S.: We answer with a yes, a no, or “we need to see the dossier.” All three save you time.
